Chobani flip - Cinnamon Bun Fun flavor

I just tried this Chobani flip for the first time. To be honest, I've never been a huge Chobani fan; something about the tecture and flavors tastes a touch artificial.This "Cinnaamon Bun Fun" flavor includes cinnamon low-fat greek yogurt with pastry crumbles, chewy caramels and cinnamon roasted pecans. Per my other experiences with Chobani, it wasn't my favorite. That said, it also was okay -- I ate the whole thing. The pastry crumbles were a little strange. There were some pieces that were literally perfect squares of chewy something (and I have no idea what -- see the photo). Not for me... though I'll give the other flavors a try.
